This online course asks, “What do you want your life to be about?” & “What’s stopping you?“
ACTivate your life aims to increase engagement in activities that bring meaning and vitality to our lives even when discomfort or distress is present. Rather than changing our unpleasant inner experience (thoughts, emotions, associations, memories & sensations), the focus is on changing the way in which we relate to and react to these experiences.
Leading for Resilience & Wellbeing

As a Leader you are responsible for the wellbeing of yourself and your team. This interactive course will help you to understand how to proactively support the wellbeing of your team, improve their resilience and their ability to cope more effectively with the day-to-day stresses of life.
